The crimson and brown beads are 8mm faceted glass, which I bought from LillianOlve on Etsy a couple of years ago. What makes this rosary cool are the American picture stone faceted beads which I found at NEW Beads and Jewelry last year. I was just looking through my supply and figured that this combination would look great. I topped it off with a chalice for the centerpiece and a crucifix which features a crown of thorns.
UPDATE (2023-04-08) — So, you know how you have high school classmates who you never really knew in school, but then you meet at a reunion? Well, that happened with me a few years back. And today, I had lunch with Don, a guy who's gone through some terrible events from losing his wife in a car accident to then losing his daughter years later. Don's a good, down-to-earth guy who's now got three grandkids. We had a burger and chili for lunch at Drift Inn, and he's now got this rosary. This is a really cool rosary with unique colors and stones. I'm glad it's now in the hands of a guy like Done.
